We believe our land has a special power to heal, decompress and energize the soul. Leave behind your busy life and let your soul recharge by absorbing the energy from the enchanting nature that surrounds the Niyatma valley.
Our story
Founder and Managing director of Niyatma, MP Ashok Kumar, is a well known figure amongst coffee growers. The 16 acre land that Niyatma now stands on has been part of his family for generations. His dedication and hardwork has transformed the land into a coffee grower's dream. He has won many awards and his estate holds the record for the highest coffee yield per acre in India. The coffee plantation surrounding you is the outcome of over three decades of persistent and dedicated research on coffee plants. Now at an average of twelve feet tall, each plant is grafted from the genetically elite plant material to produce more yield making this place a coffee connoisseur's retreat. Coffee planters from around India come here to learn and understand the scientific reasoning behind this seemingly unattainable production. His vision is to make Wayanad the highest producer of coffee in the country by teaching others what he learnt from his research. This service attitude made way to the establishment of Niyatma, where everyone can be part of our coffee journey.
Eco-Friendly Resort
Niyatma cottages are skillfully designed on elevated structures connected by raised walk ways taking utmost care not to harm the coffee plants. The elevated panoramic view of the Niyatma valley with placid lakes unfettered by any man made structure gives one all the privacy desired.
